Instructions for Cold Therapy:

• Place SensaFlex compress in a flat position in freezer for one (1) to (2) hours.
• Apply to injured area.  If Sensaflex compres is too cold, a thin towel may be placed between compress and skin.
• After use, place in a flat position in the freezer for future use.  For best results, do not fold SensaFlex compress.
• Do not freeze below 10° F(-12° C).

Instructions for Hot Therapy:

• Place SensaFlex compress in a flat position in microwave.  Heat at full power in 30 second intervals until comfortable treatment temperature is obtained.  Knead and rotate the compress after each 30 second interval to ensure consistent heating throughout the compress.
• Do not heat compress in microwave more than two (2) minutes for each use.  Excessive heating may cause the SensaFlex compress to rupture and leak.
• If desired, reheat in 30 second increments to increase treating temperature.
• Watch while heating.  If porduct starts to expand, turn off microwave.
• Apply to injured area. If SensaFlex compress is too hot, a thin towel may be placed between compress and skin.
• Let a SensaFlex compress cool to room temperature between each use.
