Return PolicyReturnsAll returns require a Return Authorization Number. If a Return Authorization Number is not clearly marked, your package may be refused and/or refund processing will be delayed. Any items sent for return that do not fall within the guidelines will be returned at the customers expense. If you wish to exchange your item please write your order number with an E in front of it (ie E0123456) Include a copy of your receipt and state what item you are returning and what you would like in exchange. If you would like a refund, please call customer service to receive your RA number. Return ConditionsAll products must be returned in the original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. You have 10 days from the time you receive the items to return them. The RA number must be written on the OUTSIDE of the return package. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Unless instructed otherwise. For health and sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or laundered. Other Items that can NOT be returned are bedding items *Bed Wedges, Hernia Briefs, Toilet Seat Risers, Bath Benches.* All returns will receive a 5%-20% restocking fee. *a 20% generally means there is package damage or things missing. No late returns will be accepted. You will receive a refund less any S&H fees once the item has been approved as resalable. ExchangesPlease call our toll-free number (800) 685-1499 within 10 days of your purchase to ensure you are authorized for a an exchange. Please have your order number ready before calling. Exchange ConditionsAll shipping and handling costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective. For health and sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges on certain items (ie hernia briefs, bed wedges). Any costs incurred due to a mis-measurement in size will be the responsibility of the customer. Please call customer service if you are unsure whether your item is returnable or not.
