RETURN POLICY VERY IMPORTANT

Please read the return policy before placing an order.

It is very important to keep all original packaging material and paperwork in case the order needs to be returned or exchanged.

Here at NuLife Medical it is important that our products and customer service stand up to the highest quality.  If you received a package that is damaged, the wrong size or the wrong item, immediately contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.

We will happily make a return or an exchange for an item as long as you follow the health and sanitary guidelines set forth. Please call 1 (800) 685-1499 (Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST). If you get the answering machine please do not leave a message for a return or an exchange. That must be done during store hours with a customer service representative.

SHIPPING ERRORS/ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

MASTECTOMY PRODUCTS: (Bras, Prosthesis, and Accessories)
You may try on an item for fit, but it cannot be worn and the original tags must be attached. We will not accept returns or issue refunds on any item(s) that have been worn, washed, have the tags removed, stained, has hair, smells of smoke, or damaged in any way. You have 10 days from the time you receive the item(s) to make a return or exchange.

SUPPORT/ COMPRESSION PRODUCTS: (Stockings, Socks, Gauntlets, Sleeves and gloves)
You may try on an item for fit, but it cannot be worn and the original tags must be attached. We will not accept returns or issue refunds on any item(s) that have been worn, washed, have the tags removed, stained, has hair, smells of smoke, or damaged in any way. You have 10 days from the time you receive the item(s) to make a return or exchange.

HERNIA PRODUCTS: (Belts, Briefs, Spring truss and Abdominal supports)
You may try on an item for fit, but it cannot be worn and the original tags must be attached. We will not accept returns or issue refunds on any item(s) that have been worn, washed, have the tags removed, stained, has hair, smells of smoke, or damaged in any way. You have 3 days from the time you receive the item(s) to make a return or exchange.

 

PERSONAL-USE PRODUCTS (Bed Wedges, Pillows, Commodes, Toilet Seat Risers, Bath Bench, Etc.)
These items may be returned or exchanged as long as they are in there un-opened original packaging.  You have 10 days from the time you receive the item(s) to make a return or exchange.

ALL RETURNS SUBJUCT TO THE FOLLOWING FEES:

1) All orders being retuned will receive a 10%-30% restocking fee depending on the condition of the returned item(s).

2) If you would like to make a return past the time allowed there will be a 50% restocking fee no matter the condition of the item(s).

3) All shipping and handling cost for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by customer service.

4) You will receive a refund less any S&H fees once the item(s) are approved for return.

5) Please allow up to 14 business days of receiving the item(s) back to process your return and refund.

EXCHANGES
Please call our toll-free number (800) 685-1499 within the allowed return days of the item(s) on your purchase to ensure you are authorized for an exchange. Please have your order number ready before calling.
