Return Policy

Returns

All returns require a Return Authorization Number.  Your Return Authorization Number (RA #) will be your order # with a "0" in front.  

For example, 0101999.  If a Return Authorization Number is not clearly marked, your package may be refused and/or refund processing will be delayed.

Any items sent for return that do not fall within the guidelines will be returned at the customers expense.

Return Conditions

All products must be returned in the original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. You have 10 days from the time you receive the items to return them.  The RA number must be written on the OUTSIDE of the return package.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Unless instructed otherwise. For health and sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or laundered. Other Items that can NOT be returned are bedding items *Bed Wedges, Hernia Briefs, Toilet Seat Risers, Bath Benches.* 

All returns will recieve a 5%-15% restocking fee. *a 15% generally means there is package damage or things missing.  No late returns will be accepted. You will receive a refund less any S&H fees once the item has been approved as resalable.

Exchanges

Please call our toll-free number (800) 685-1499 within 10 days of your purchase to make an exchange. Please have your order number ready before calling.

Exchange Conditions

All shipping and handling costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective. For health and sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges on certain items. Any costs incurred due to a mis-measurement in size will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges will be processed as a new order. All charges will be reapplied including S&H fees. Once your return has been received, your order will be refunded 100% of the purchasing price.
