Shipping Policy

Shipping is provided using rates from UPS. Shipping rates are based upon product weight and box size

Free shipping is available on most orders over $99. All orders with free shipping will ship UPS GROUND. Exclusions to free shipping are:

We make every effort to stock a full supply of the most popular products. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. In the event that we have to order from the manufacturer, the ship date may be delayed up to 10 days. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to shorten the delivery time. If an item on backorder, our system does not alert customers, but seldom does anything take over 15 business days to get to you

All Orders for stocked merchandise received before 1:30 p.m Pacific. Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. on Friday will ship the following Monday.

If you need an order right away you can opt for next-day or second-day air delivery. Charges for these services are as indicated. Please call customer service to ensure product availability.

 

 

If you need to cancel an order, either go through your account page and request to cancel or call during our business hours (8am-5pm Monday thru Friday PACIFIC) and talk to someone so they can cancel your order and give you confirmation.  Do not send an email, nor leave a voice message.  Your order will not be cancelled because we can not verify it is "you" requesting the cancellation.

 

 

All orders to other countries are subject to taxes and tariffs. We've decided to not ship internationally currently due to the issues. The best method we've found is to have someone in the states send it out as a "gift".
