Shipping & Handling

Shipping Methods

Shipping is provided using real time rates from UPS. Shipping rates are based upon product weight and destination zip code.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on most orders over $99. All orders with free shipping will ship UPS GROUND. Exclusions to free shipping are:
Bulky items such as diapers and wheelchairs
Heavier items such as Colpacs and Breast Prosthesis
Expedited shipping orders

Back Ordered Items

We make every effort to stock a full supply of the most popular products. In the event that we have to order from the manufacturer, the ship date may be delayed and you will receive an email with the expected shipping date. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to shorten the delivery time.

Same Day Shipping

Orders for stocked merchandise received before 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Rush Delivery

If you need an order right away you can opt for next-day or second-day air delivery. Charges for these services are as indicated. Please call customer service to ensure product availability.

Shipping to Canada

All orders to Canada are subject to taxes and tariffs. The recipient of the package will be held responsible for customs clearance charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Damaged Goods

Any items damaged during shipment should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Contact the NuLife Medical Customer Service Department at 800-685-1499. We will send out a new order with no additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Please call our toll-free number (800-685-1499) within 20 days of your purchase before making a return. All returns require a Return Authorization Number. If a Return Authorization Number is not clearly marked, your package may be refused. Any items sent for return that do not fall within the guidelines will be returned at the customers expense.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All products must be returned in the original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The RA number must be written on the return shipment. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Unless instructed otherwise. For health and sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or laundered. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No late returns will be accepted. You will receive a refund less any S&H fees once the item has been approved as resalable.

EXCHANGES

Please call our toll-free number (800) 685-1499 within 20 days of your purchase to make an exchange. Please have your order number ready before calling.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

All shipping and handling costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective. For health and sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges on certain items. Any costs incurred due to a mis-measurement in size will be the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will be processed as a new order. All charges will be reapplied including S&H fees. Once your return has been received, your order will be refunded 100% of the purchasing price.

Sales Tax & Exemptions

All California residence will be charged for sales tax. All orders outside of California are exempt from sales tax.

We will limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum we require to deliver superior service and to administer our business.
