Do I need an account to shop with NuLife Medical?

No, you are welcome to shop with NuLife Medical as a guest just by providing your email address during checkout. Making an account simply streamlines your shopping experience by allowing you to save shipping and billing information for faster checkouts in the future. You’ll also be able to access your order history, track new orders, and save items to your wish list. Please note: for your safety and privacy, your information will be kept secure and encrypted and will not be sold or distributed.

What if I’ve forgotten my password or username to log into my NuLife Medical account?

No need to worry - you can recover your account information. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password?” on the sign in page and you will be directed to provide the email address you used to create your account. A link to reset your password will be sent to that email. If you have forgotten your username, give us a call at (800) 685-1499 and one of our staff members will assist you in recuperating your account information.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept American Express, MasterCard, PayPal, Discover, and Visa. You can also pay with a check or gift certificate.

How long will it take for me to get my new garments?

Once an order is received, in stock items will ship within 24 hours depending on the time the order was placed. Out of stock items typically ship within 3-6 business days, unless a product is on backorder from the manufacturer, in which case you will be notified of the estimated delivery date. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday will ship on the next business day.

How do I know if the garment will fit me?

Finding the perfect fit will vary depending on the type of garment you are looking for, and we are here to help!

  • For example, if you are looking for compression stockings, sizing is based on a circumference measurement of the ankle, calf and/or thigh.
  • For lymphedema compression garments, your sizing will be based on a circumference measurement of hand, wrist, forearm and upper arm. measurements.
  • Mastectomy bras require both under and over bust measurements to determine the correct sizing. Please refer to our video library for step by step tutorials.
  • Prostheses are sized based on a variety of factors based on surgery type, bra size, and desired look.
  • Hernia Products are generally sized based on a hip measurement. Specific sizing guidelines can be found on individual product detail pages.

Does NuLife Medical offer breast prosthesis?

What is your return policy?

We have two straight-forward return policies depending on whether or not the products have been opened.

90 Day Policy: If the product is unworn/unopened and in the original packaging with tags attached, it can be returned or exchanged up to 90 days from the date of original purchase. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

30 Day Policy: Opened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as there are no signs of wear such as stains, odors, or discoloration. The item must be in re-sellable condition. NuLife Medical reserves the right to discretion as to whether or not the item is re-sellable. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Opened items are also subject to a 20% restocking fee when returned or exchanged.

We strive to make the exchange and return process as smooth and convenient as possible. In the case that the product is verified as defective by the manufacturer, it will be refunded in full including all shipping costs.
