Truform 348K Spring Truss is designed with a rustproof steel spring covered with 1" synthetic leather sleeve and a 1¾" elastic band with adjustable keyhole buckle. An additional pad measuring 1" x 5¾" to minimize pressure over lower back musculature. An inguinal pad with a universal adjustment fixture, covered with synthetic leather and a plated steel shank with 1" long slot to allow for pad adjustment.
